KTM LC4 Alu box 6

To plug a grinder work, i choose a black PVC angle, for assembly I use a glue and sealant tube.

The next images show a box locks assembly

Last image show also on top box a two bars for anything tie.

The next step is a frame building for alu box. Sorry for images but I forgot take pictures before paint..........

The steel with TIG welding is conbination for this model. I choose a bolt assembly that is more easy to retire and this KTM have a lot of vibration. Is a one thumper model 640 cc.

As boxes have a 30 liters aprox p/unit. I need a strong frame.
